Customers book online with the stylist they want. You see the whole day by staff in one calendar, and when they're done, you bill the booking at the counter.

One column per staff member, one block per booking. Colours show who's booked, checked in or done. Add a walk-in booking from the same screen.
Your website shows your services with duration and price. Customers pick a stylist or anyone, a day and a time. Grow+ only offers times that are actually free.
The POS has a Bookings tab with the day's appointments. Check the customer in when they arrive, then bill the booking like any other sale. The booking links to the payment and the customer's points.
